    A seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience, known for her leadership, integrity, and results-driven approach. After starting in real estate in 2008 and going full-time in 2015, she quickly advanced to earn her broker license and launch her own brokerage, successfully growing and leading a team of agents. With a strong background in business analysis and technology, she brings a strategic, data-driven mindset to every transaction—helping clients navigate the market with clarity and confidence. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

    SENIOR REAL ESTATE EXPERT

    John is a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience across development, investment, and property management. With a strong foundation in business management and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, he has built a career spanning both public and private sector projects. He served 15 years as Vice President of Commercial Development at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, where he led large-scale developments across thousands of acres, including office, hotel, and retail projects that significantly increased revenue. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as Pinnacle Park, the Pepsi Center (now Ball Arena), and the Alamodome, reflecting a career defined by strategic vision, execution, and lasting impact in the industry.

    Since starting her career in 2008, she has built a strong reputation for her market knowledge, research-driven approach, and leadership in the industry. As a Realtor and Co-Owner of Tong-Parsons Realty, she has successfully guided clients through a wide range of transactions while also coaching and mentoring over 200 real estate agents across Texas. Her career includes experience with leading firms such as eXp Realty and Coldwell Banker, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the market. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is dedicated to delivering strategic guidance and exceptional service to her clients.
